The following are an abstract of Soldiers' Identity papers filed with Iroquois county found in boxes of loose papers at the Iroquois County Genealogy Society Library.

H. E. Arrick age 24 - 12 Sep 1907; enrolled in Co. E, 11th U. S. Infantry during the Spanish American War and was discharge on 10th April 1899.

Abram Barneau age 67 - 21 Jul 1910; enrolled in Co. E. 53rd IL Infantry during the Civil War and was discharged 16th Dec 1864.

Thos. C. Brighton age 38 - 30 May 1913; enrolled in First Co. of Coast Artillery 25 Dec 1889 and was discharged 21st Sep 1902.

Robert J. Britten age 44 - 7 Feb 1910; enrolled in Co. A, 7 Regt. of Infantry IL during the Spanish American War and was discharged 18th Nov 1899.

John P. Caspers age 43 - 3 Mar 1914; was enrolled in Co. M, 2nd Regt. IL Volunteers during the Spanish American War and was discharged 26th April 1899.

Ross H. Dyar age 25 - 1 Aug 1904; was enrolled in Battery D, 4th Regt. of Artillery in the War in the Philippines and was discharged 27th Sep 1904.

Arthur Elsey age 37 - 7 Aug 1913; was enrolled in the Hospital Corps of the U. S. Army in the Spanish American War and was discharged 22 June 1899.

Joseph C. Fischer age 29 - 5 Aug 1904; was enrolled in Co. A, 39th Regt. of Infantry in the Spanish American War and was discharged 20th Sep 1899.

Harry B. Glover age 40 - 17 Oct 1913; was enrolled in the Navy in the Spanish American War and was discharged 11 May 1899.

Harry W. Gregory age 39 - 11 June 1909; was enrolled in Co. A, 159th Regt. IN Volunteers in the war with Spain and was discharged 23 Nov 1898.

George A. Groom age 32 - 23 Jun 1911; enrolled in Co. H, 158th Regt. of IN in the war with Spain and was discharged 4 Nov 1898.

John A. Livengood age 66 - 10 June 1909; enrolled in Co. F, 59th Regt. OH Volunteer Infantry in the War of Rebellion and was discharged 5 Nov 1864.

George Meincke age 53 - 12 Jun 1911; enrolled in Co. B, 15th Regt. MN Infantry in the war with Spain and was discharged 27 March 1899.

John Miller age 48 - enrolled in Co. C, 13th Regt. U. S. Infantry in the Regular Army and was discharged 1 July 1902.

W. M. O'Davy age 44 - discharged 26 Sep 1905.

Alexander J. Pickel age 37 - enrolled in Co. H, 22nd Regt of Fort Crook, NE and was discharged 9 Jan 1899.

Edward Rumpler age 34 - enrolled in Co. C. 157th Regt. of IN in the war with Spain and was discharged 1 Nov 1898.

Ferdinand Russell age 63 - enrolled in Co. D, 7th Regt. of OH Volunteers in the War of the Rebellion and was discharged 10 Feb 1864.

Edward Spindler age 73 - enrolled in Co. K, 115th Regt. OH Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War and was discharged 12 Feb 1864.

Joseph Steir age 35 - enrolled in Co. G, Infantry Regt. of U. S. Infantry in the war with Spain and was discharged 24 Feb 1899.

John W. Tamsett age 24 - enrolled in Co. F, 39th Regt. of Infantry U. S. in the Spanish-American war and was discharged 17 Sep 1900.

James W. Taylor age 64 - enrolled in Co. E, 62nd Regt. of IL Volunteer Infantry in the Civil War and was discharged 14 Dec 1865.

Albert W. Warner age 37 - enrolled in Co. F, 13th Regt. of IL Infantry and was discharged in the spring of 1905.
